• 9:15 - 9:30: Presentation of the Cendres + Métaux SA Group and Lauener & Cie SA
• 9:30 - 10:00: Presentation of the operational excellence approach
• 10:00 - 11:15: Visit to the workshops with an emphasis on OPEX
• 11:15 - 12:00: Innovations: 30 minutes on digital technology in workshops and support services, 15 minutes on a specific project
• 12:00 - 13:30: Lunch at the restaurant Le Pilotis in Cortaillod, Bord du Lac

Please note that Neuchâtel Train Station is a 15-20 minute drive from the production site.
